Rental Terms

AGE:

Renters and additional drivers must be at least 24 years of age with valid driver’s license.

INSURANCE:

If you have full coverage auto insurance, you’ll be able to insure the rental car with your insurance. Almost all insurance providers will transfer your current coverage from your vehicle to our vehicle regardless of the model/year of your car. We will verify each renters insurance in order to guarantee a reservation.

LoneWolf Enterprise does provide insurance if renter does not have transferable insurance. In the event of any other loss or damage to the car, regardless of fault, your financial responsibility extends to the full value of the car at the time of rental, unless it’s salvage value, plus expenses for towing, storage impound fees, an administrative fee and a reasonable charge for loss of use. Your responsibility for theft of the car shall not exceed the reasonable costs incurred by LoneWolf Enterprise for loss due to theft up to its fair market value, if it is established that you or any authorized operator failed to exercise reasonable care or aided or abetted in the theft.

DRIVER’S LICENSE:

A valid driver’s license issued in your state of residence must be presented at the time of rental. The driver’s license must be valid for the entire rental period.

PAYMENT:

LoneWolf Enterprise accepts the following payments: CREDIT/DEBIT, Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo.

LOCAL RENTERS:

All local Customers wishing to rent who reside within the states we service are welcome to rent any vehicle of choice. There are no restrictions for local renters. Discounts are applied to customers who have proof of full coverage insurance that’s transferable to rental vehicles.

RENTAL DURATION:

All rentals are billed in 7 day windows. For example, a 7-day rental from Saturday at 9:00 AM will be required to be returned the following Saturday at 9:00 AM. We grant a 1 hour grace period for all rentals after which an hourly charge of $50 per hour is billed. Additional Driver Fees is $15 per day for each additional authorized driver.

RENTAL & SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUNDS:

Payment is made at Pickup! No Security Deposits.
The full weekly rate payment is due upfront at pickup of the vehicle.

Future payments are due each week before the clients pickup time.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER:

Additional authorized operators can be added at the time of rental. The primary renter and each Additional Authorized Operator must be present to sign the rental agreement and must meet normal rental qualifications, such as showing a valid driver license, and meeting all age requirements. Additional Driver Fees is $15 per day for each additional authorized driver.
